I needed a one license for a friend who decided to go last minute. The great part about this site is you can buy a one day license. You cannot do that even if you go to the Officina De Pesca in San Diego.
After the conversion the one day license was $10.01..
And yes, you just print out the license at the end of the process.
The site was very easy to follow once you selected the american flag.....
As I recall the credit card information request was in Spanish, but if you could not figure out those three lines, you probably should not be running a boat offshore!!
As far as giving information to an agency in Mexico.....isn't any different than giving the info to the IRS, or take your pick of any of 'our' corrupt government agencies......
Used it today, a little tricky to negotiate the site but worked great, just print out the license at the end, also once your registered, if you lose your license, you can go back to your account and reprint your license at no charge.
