Mainland Mexico Fishing Reports and Discussion Thread, whats hot in Mexico; hi to all going to pvr march 7 for a week... i know it not the best time...but i cant ...

hi to all
going to pvr march 7 for a week...
i know it not the best time...but i cant control that
whats the lowdown on fishing reports ,,,what happening now...
is it worth the investment to go for 8 10 12 hr for blue water
for some action on 100 lb fish ..or is inshore where its at..and i can bring my fly rod and dream...

thanks to all....tight lines....

see clarke's post , seems like nice grade fish at the rock right now, but things can change any given day. Depeding on where you are staying, check to see if Kurt (frijolitos) is free, or Lora if you dont want to spend over a grand for a day. Otherwise guys like Josh, Manny, Danny, Juan etc are all excellent bets to put you on fish.

But as the ole saying goes, the best time to fish is anytime you are down there ...you just never know what you might catch, and beats the hell out of working. BTW, you'll be treated to a nice whale watching excursion at the very least if the fish are not biting

12hr day will be the way to go
