Great fish on the little reel. Congratulations!
Btw, get yourself a Rod Ring made by Reel Colors. They have a two piece model that can be retrofitted to your rod and comes in sizes to fit perfectly on any of the aftco reel seats. Then you won't have to be bothered with that makeshift harness .

Nice Clarke! Keith Denette keeps telling me everytime I want to scale down "Do you really want to fight a 300 lb tuna on that rig?" and most times the answer is no.
That is a tremendous acomplishment Clarke. A lot of skill involved with that one! See you in November.
