There's El Anclote condo's that range from $100 - 400 p/night

Smaller motels that range from $35 - 75 p/night

And numerous little bungalows etc. that are real budget minded...

If you're coming with the family then i'd recommend the Anclote condos...

I stay in the Condos when I am there. They are very nice and close to the boats. Restaurants across the street and then the bay. It's quiet and perfect.

i just stayed in sayulita at some little decent hotel for 60 a night or something like that. only a 15 minute drive to punta de mita

place was called petit hotel d'hafa

not the nicest but worked out pretty nice for me and my dad`

ancolote is best bang for your buck. For a really nice condo in the 300-350 range (3 bed, 3 bath 3000sqft) try puntavista.com or a little step down is el faro.

wife and i have stayed at El Anclote twice...can't beat it for the price and the units are nice.
