Thanks Mark, Dennis, and BD

Thanks for the kind words, the great support, and of course the unbelievable recognition thrown in the direction of Pacifico, Manny, and Tony. You've already been showered with congrats from all directions, but I'm just glad it happened to 2 guys that are down to earth and genuinely good people. And between the internet, the newspapers, and tonite on the radio (btw it's O-Ca-Ranza ) , I don't think we could have expected half as much. It just goes to show how much the 2 of you are respected. To everyone else, thanks. And for those of you who are riding the fence about visiting PV, get off and go. These 2 guys caught their fish way before the "cows" are even supposed to be there and on the full moon phase, and we all know you can't catch Yellowfin on the full moon. My boat is down there because I love the fishery and genuinely respect the people down there, not to mention the fact that cabs, food, accomodations, and BEER are less than half what Cabo charges. Seriously! Cab ride from airport to condo in marina in PV-$5 us, cab from airport to Cabo-$90 us, no bs. And the fish are much bigger and we fish a lot longer. And there are good boats to fish on down here, with really good crews who are 3rd and 4th generation fishermen and who know how to catch big fish, not just hook them. Here's a picture of Juan Pablo Moll's big marlin from last month on 'Top Gun' that noone here even knew or heard about. If it ain't a grander it's pretty close. These guys can fish and they don't have to scream to the world about it. Like I said, the people of Puerto Vallarta, are very cool too.

Re: Thanks Mark, Dennis, and BD

Congrats on the boat and the start to the season Drew!

I hope you are planning on fishing in the tourneys this year...BD Tuna Jackpot, Hunt4Giants, and the annual Marlin and Sailfish tourney...we'd love to have the Pacifico and her experienced crew in the running!

Re: Thanks Mark, Dennis, and BD

Appreciate that Josh, I hope Torture Chamber does good things for you this season, that boat is very sweet. We're booked the first week of August but they chose to fish til dark instead of jumping in the tournament. The rest will play out, but I'm sure we'll be in a few, and we'll be heading to Cabo for the tuna tournament in November. Just talked to Manny, they went out today and released a sail, a Blue, and kept a tuna that went 150+. Weather is great. Drew
