Jimbo, I did see them and a few guys brought them down. They work fine but I try to bag large pieces and them clean them when I get home and re-seal in my commercial sealer.The bags are only a penny each. The last time I checked the food saver type bags they were around 25 cents each!!! I have not priced the Ziploc ones yet.

My biggest problem so far is just getting them frozen! When we stay at our regular hotel they will let us use their freezer if they have room. I think somebody should try a Marina "Bag and Freeze" business. The cleaning part is easy but finding a cold freezer has been the big problem for me!

That is a big problem, Paradise is the only place I know of where the rooms have a fridge w/Freezer. Not the greatest but better than nothing, I may be screwed staying at the RIU this time but WTF. Maybe the kitchen will let me keep it there, they gotta have a walk in!
