Well I would love to say something profound.So, Ill sum it up by saying they got the only game in town.So its play their game or sit at the dock.Certian charges are ilegal and so???It would be nice if there was one meter price on the pump and thats it.Well you guys know the drill.

So, it sounds like when I take our boat over to Vallarta to fuel next week (probably 500 gallons diesel), and I bring up the 15% fee, and insist that the fee is unjust (with vigah!!), they may back off? Or tell me to go to hell and the fee stands?? Or do I offer a different % and see what they say??
