thursday report

Fised with Zig Zag and team yesterday and I was thinking the boat name should be called something with a word to go with hitting things in the water. On our way out we wound up a 100 feet of rope in the props and in the late morning while moving from the Rock to the Bank we hit something that bent the port propeller. In short we sppent more time in the water than on top of it. Replaced the prop at the dock and are loading up this morning for another try.

Had a good knockdown on the big bait at the Rock but the line looked bit off above the leader. Who knows on this one? Pargo, Whoo or what ever it was only one for two mins. Our other tow skippies were beat up by billfish but nothing else stuck.

Today is a new day and it is time to head down to the boat.

The fun part of getting cut off is you can make up just about any story . I think it was a Pargo rocking us but I like the sounds of a Cow with big teeth better . For the line to get cut 20 feet from the hook it would of been a looooooong tuna so I will have to stay with a rock this time.
