Punta Mita 4-Seasons.........very private and great rates during the summer months. Then you can fish with Josh, Manny, or Juan......all great options.

Ditto - haven't stayed there, but know several who have (one couple for a honeymoon) and they had a great time.

...also the St. Regis has opened up, its a beautiful property, there are also lots of really nice condos in Hacienda de Mita, the benefit of the later is you can walk into town where the boats are (or will pick you up), and there are a bunch of resturants that will cook your fish, its just delightful...PM if you want more info...
