TD 5E ( Douglas)

It's that time of year again.

Soon to be named TS Douglas is about 135nm S-SE of Zihua and moving NW. Yet another potential depression is forming SE of Douglas.

But Buoyweather is calling for 5-8 knots - no problema

Heard it was rougher than the forecast.

Probably smooth as glass at the airport.

Douglas really missed things up here in Cabo. thursday there were 10 ft sea and the fishing sucked, Douglas broke up into a tropical depression around 230 SSW of Cabo and spread its wings to bring a little rain and more rough seas. Fri the port was closed. Sat was nice with very little wind and some 4ft rolly seas. Sunday the wind was hard out of the NW. All in all it was a Shitty 4th of July week as far as the fishing goes.

TD 5E fell apart (hopefully for good) when it hit the mainland yesterday. But the remains were enough to make it pretty nasty today with weather out of the SW. Heavy rain.
Tuesday might not be a lot of fun either
