Retail Therapy

Gidday all. If you haven't come across me before (out of the gutter), I work on The Ultimate Fishing Show, a New Zealand based production company that's filmed some of the most incredible fishing action ever caught on film. You have most likely seen Jetski Marlin, Handline Marlin and Gannet Man... or bluefin dingy and spear tagging.
I was hoping the BD members could help me with some names of the main players in the tackle market in the US. I've had discussions with Cabelas, Bass Pro, Sports Authority, Sports Academy and Dicks but to date only the good people at Melton's have put our DVD's on their shelves.

So... who would you turn to for tackle/DVD's when you want gear.

As an aside the management of BD should be able to use this info to approach the various retailers to bring BD members more deals etc. Hope you can help and thanks in advance.

Looks like you hit all the big boys. Turners Outdoors carries fishing DVD's. Try them. They have a chain of stores. Good luck.

Try the sportfish landings. Certainly not chains so more work for you to get the same volume out but all the landings have lots of foot traffic.
