MDR Rpt 11/13 w-pics

I went out fishing with my good buddies Martin “the looper” and Jason “jscrib”, to do a little afternoon critter and bug catching aboard the “Big Drum”. The weather was spectacular but mackerel bait catching was kind of slow…good thing we brought some extra bait for the hoops.

Here is Jason with a nice Sand Bass.

Here I am with a couple of nice Sheepheads.

Jason hooked what he thought were big Triggerfish on two drops, but they broke his line…ouch!!

Here I am with a Sand Bass that ate a 6 inch Basstrix swim bait on a VS jighead.

Here is a picture of some Yellow Crab with some Brown Rockfish fillets getting streamed. This was insanely delicious.

Here is a tasty Yellow Crab claw about to be eaten….oh so yummy!!

Martin with some of the bugs that we caught.

As always, I had a great time fishing with Martin and Jason. I can’t wait to go again.

Those crabs were sooooooooooooo good. Doesn't get any fresher than that.

man where are you guys finding those bugs!!! i have gone out of MDR a handful of times in the past few weeks and keep coming back with 1 or 2 keepers, way to get em!
