Well my chick decided that she wanted to go fish the wall....I borrowed her dads truck and we hooked up the boat....On the road at 9:30 P.M....Wasen't able to find a store open to buy squid to tip the plastics...Launched the "WellFair" and headed for the wall....Fishing was decent on the inside for a bunch of small fish.....(she was pissed at me for snapping pics with the flash in her face...It was pretty dark out there and the flash blinds you for a few minutes
She isn't used to casting in complete darkness and got a little backlash so I handed her mine while I worked on it....She caught a few more and said..."Lets go fish the outside where the big ones are"...
I picked up and moved to the outside...The wind was blowin and there was the occational small roller but it was tolerable....She decided she wanted to keep using my rod (Gusa 85mega mag 25lb test,way too much rod for her) and I used her 15lb set up....First cast I get busted off....I look up and she's hooked up good.....
Decided to go after that (she didn't want to)...was gettin kinda windy for a 12 foot boat.....It was a pretty good couple hours fishin....Would have been a lot better if we had some squid strips but its nice spending some quality time with the woman
) . My backs gettin a little better paul but that 200 mile run on the "bloody mess" a few weeks ago was not good........Wish it wasen't Mem day weekend or I would go back out, be careful out there this weekend fellas....Its gonna be a fucking 3 ring circus out there............Warren
