Angry Not a good night.

Headed out SD bay Saturday about 4 pm for some bugs. The bay was a wash tub. Got to the south side of the jetty and the water was flat with no wind. Dropped 5 hoops ( too close to the jetty) and then tried for some feesh. Time to pull some in nets. Nosed the Parker in. Partner on the pulpit with the gaff. First to pulls two shorts. Third pull hoop stuck in rocks, partner keeps pulling boat turns hard I back up. clunk $ clunk $ clunk $ . SHIT SHIT SHIT. Leave the hoop. Get the other 4 (empty).
Limp back to Chula marina.
No more jetty for me. Not worth it.
Any one got a prop?

Re: Not a good night.

Wow. I don't think I would ever get that close to the jetty. Too dangerous and well, expensive.

Careful out there. No lobby's worth wreckin the boat.
