Question, are rockfish open to fish from a boat now. DFG has listed in the open and closed sections.
Was thinking of hitting the 9 on the high spots but if its closed I'll go south.

Make sure you're reading the regulations for your area and not what's north or south of the area you want to fish. So Cal falls into the SOUTHERN MANAGEMENT AREA.
