boat key still on the piano by the front door.
| Just curious why you take the key out of the boat, are you worried someone might drive it away? |

ROOKIE
The antenna thing.
You put it up at the ramp.
Drove home.
Came back and launched.
Why didn't you try to put the damn thing up?
Then you would have discovered your error then!
Leave the boat key's in your tow vehicle.
How about a check list of things to do from hooking up the trailer, launching, boat back on trailer, and unhooking trailer.
Lamanate the list and attach to keys along with a grease pencil.
LMAO
You'll learn, but it's gonna cost ya!

But to be honest, I'm sure glad I have their service. They are a God send when the sh!t hits the fan. Only saving grace for that day was the fact that Eye Problem had put me on some Yellow Fin Tuna.

I wouldn't drive back to lakeside for a stinking key
no way, no how, fuck that unhh unh. Son if you're going to boat you've got to learn to improvise. in hindsight you're probally asking yourself why didn't I just call a mechanicalmotherflower
and ask him how to turn on an ignition switch without a key
boat keys on boat ! put a screw in hook up under the console
and hang the keys or spare on it. carry wire... fuses... crimps....
Thanks for the laughs |

UMM I think I Can make you feel a little better. ADD all of what happenned to you take away the fish and being able to restart your (freshly rebuilt motor that the bell houseing exhaust hose collapsed on, sending water in the you know what to to make the right side head do you know what) THEN get towed to the Slip. GO to sleep with nightmares of big$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ repairs to come to be awaken the next morning by the Harbormasters soothing voice (yea right) asking for you to come down to the Marina and retrieve your boat which is hanging three feet under water by the docklines. DO I REALLY need to go on???? Hope you feel better. Now I have a Kayak.
