O'side...nice day for boat ride but little else

Iwent out today not really expecting the fishing to take off, but just had to get out and get the boat wet. Tried bounce balling for the first time. That was kind of boring trolling at 1 to 2 mph. Drifted off of the golf ball for nada, then ran down to Buccaneer beach for some sand bass. Had those for dinner tonight. It was pretty nice weather and water conditions. 57degrees. Good chance to catch some zzzz's and listen to the Padre's spring game. I hope the halibut are there in 2 weeks for the tourney. See ya

The halibut tournament is out of O'side on April 8. 6am to 5pm. You can get apps at Ken's custom reels or PM me with a fax # and I'll fax you the apps.
