Dinner tonight

Yesterday, we decided to take our kayaks up to Dana Point for halibut. Launched at sunrise, fished until sunset.
Around 11:00AM after working Doheny beach all morning with plugs, plastics, and live 'dines, we/Julie were rewarded with this:

It weighed 6lbs, measuring 25 inches. It was the only legal fish of almost 20 caught. Aaron had one that measured 22.5" with mouth open, only 21" mouth shut.
Julie continues her halibut hot streak at Dana, while Aaron continues to be relegated to net man.

Iceman, I wouldn't say I'm sweating it, but...
We've chit-chatted about our chances in this contest and the only thing we'll concede is that you and Mad will be extremely tough to beat. That said, our goal would be for either of us to crack the top 10. And as much as I root for Julie when we fish, I'd still not like to suck hind-tit to her in this thing. I'll stick to the front two
