Hooped the west end sat night. Im just learning and wanted to thank the B. Deck guys for the how to info. Saturerday my buds and I pulled 37 bugs ! Only 9 were keepers is that normal ? The nets are also getting thrashed - normal ? 10 nets seem to take to long to pull before they eat them out ? When you find a area that producing how close can the nets be to each other ?

2 island trips total 57 bugs 18 keepers 2 big mo's

How does Clemente pay off , more keepers ?

West end? Are you outside the preserve? Just curious, I don't hit that end very often so I don't know the limit line.

As to SCI, I hear Cat is better, just takes time to learn it.

A run to that place under PCH bridge in newport would be cheaper then runnign out to SCI I think.

Just about anything caught out on a private boat is cheaper to buy in a market or for that matter, a five-star restaurant. But then again, it's not the catch, it's the hunt!
