Thank you Orca 11-20-05

Yep The Shark was back on the big pond today!
Thanks to Orca who needed an xtra body on the boat...

I am sure he will post a report- I just wanted to say Thank you. I needed a day to catch fish and we did! I had a blast! I forgot what it was like to rock fish

He even let me beak out my silly little fy rod in the kelp. I was having a blast trying to con those Mac's into my fly! I so don't get it!

The weather was perfect and the company was great -

Thank you

Was Don on the radio barking at someone who was being a jackass today?

I swore I heard him today, good to see you back on the water Shelly, beautiful day wasn't it?

I don't think so... Unless you heard him yell at a cigerette boat...

Yes today was most beautiful! I got some needed sun... I am so white these days!

WTG on that nice tail of yours!

Re: Thank you Orca 11-20-05

yep it was a kick in the pants to see The Shark trying to figure if she was getting bit, an active bait or her sinker bouncing off the bottom.
Started out fishing the bottom for dinner, then moved in off the beach to try for a butt. no love.
Moved into the kelp and Shelly tried her damnest to hook a mac on the fly.
Water was greasy smooth and the sun was warm. wind picked up around 2 but a nice day to be on the water with good company.
