I agree this one went 38 on dana's scale... were you holding it as you weighed it (lol)

we thought it was bigger also but we weighed it on the digital at dana landing it was 20.8
then put it on a new hand scale and it said 21#
fish was long but not very wide
but even the guy at the dock guessed 29 before we put it up and i was guessing 28-30 on water caught 3, 25-30's off IB earlier this year.
two scales can't be wrong can they?
