Im not sure if this belongs here or not. But am curious if the kelp off point loma and la jolla is still open to fish me and a few friends are gonna do a lil fishing this weekend and dont need to be gettin in trouble. Any info is apreciated thanks Mike.

It is the wrong place, but no, point loma and la jolla are not closed, atleast not yet, so get out there and slay some fish before the enviro nazi's close it.
