Fun stuff forsure and the freezer looks killer right now . Looking forward to doing it again soon.

BIG macks and the bigger Bonies where around Johnson Rock full speed and just above the Ismus there where schools of the smaller 1 to 3lb bonies puddling around on the surface.

IB , diggin the new Ambush nets. They pull up well (small overall diamter) and being able to zip tie the bait cages to the inside bait pouch ring is a huge pluss as our Danielson nets where tearing around the zip ties that hold our bait cages on. Previously I had to keep repairing our Danielson nets after each trip as we had more and more frayed nylong net breaking.
Yes I agree the netting on the danielson nets suck. Looks like the new promar has the best net out now with the solid welded frame, bait ring to ziptie and much stronger netting.

Now if I only knew if they are going to stay legal I would go pick up a set.

Great information Johnson rock had the big bones you posted a photo of and nice macs also. It took us about 2 hours to make enough bait for the hoops. Had some luck hooping in about 50 ft of water after the tidal change. Thanks again for the great information it saved us lots of time.

No problem Curtis and I'm glad the info helped. Thats how reports should work. Theres no benifit to just posting a brag photo of something caught.
