OK - La Jolla kelp
Fished the La Jolla kelp on a friends boat. Lots of birds and bonito, but that was it for us. Dogs did the quick release for us or ate um when we released um.

Boarded by Coast guard on the way out and checked by F & G at the ramp.

Just an average inspection checked for flares, life jackets, etc. Friendly enough guys, not a big deal. Normal DFG stuff as-well, I of course didn't fish because I left my license on my boat.

EDIT: Nope, no glove.
