Time to go surf fishing!!

I was gigging last night near Oceanside and noticed huge numbers of paired and triplet Corbina. I saw a few dozen under light on the outgoing tide. I managed to gig three of them that went from 4.5 to 5.5# on the scale. They're pushing two feet long and the fillets look great. Additionally, I saw my first Angel Shark in shallow water. He was undoubtedly trying for some trophy corbina him self. I have spend a lot of time in the water at night and I have never seen the numbers or sizes that I have last night. Get out there....
