Good seeing you guys.

We fished calicos on the rubber for a pretty slow day.

I got one nice one at 5+, but we didn't do nearly as well as you guys.

Nice seeing you too.
Noticed the old skool ride, just making sure it runs?

Nice size calico! Glad you got out there!

I was amazed at the size of the sand bass caught on our trip. Blondie got one just short of 6 lbs and we thought she had the jackpot but another bass which was shorter but fatter outweighed hers and won! The size of the fish were pretty big on many of those caught including a nice fat ling, reds and sheepheads! I caught mostly small fish but Blondie and Kristy were on fire! Some of the fish I caught were so small, I wanted to make them into earrings, hence the pic Michael took of me in my avatar!

I'm still smiling thinking of the fun day!

Great post and pics. Capt Ron and crew are amazing. Wife and I went back in May, and she landed a monster halibut with Capt. Rons assistance. It was a fish of a lifetime for my wife, but the experience on the Point Loma is what made it memorable. The crew and Capt. Ron know where to find the fish, as evident on your post, a great mix of fish. Congrats are in order and a great time on the water with friends and family is always priceless.

Capt. Ron has an alarm clock to wake him up when it's time to tell everyone to rotate. Also, he never fishes too far from the Point 'cause he's afraid he might not be able to find his way back. Otherwise he's a pretty fair fisherman. Hi Ronnie - glad to see you're still catching. See ya one of these days.
