Fished Thursday 7-2

Fished the bull ring area with the sport boats for bass and not love. We did not see one sport boat land a fish. The water turned cold 57/59 degrees and very off color, we then headed for north island and it had the same water temp and off color. Trolled around the island and nada, then headed bck home.

We were planning on going out on Saturday, but if the water conditions are the same, we will cancel and wait another week for the water to clear up and warm up.

Heard radio chatter about the 425 and 371, but no reports of fish being caught.

Good Luck this weekend at the SI zoo.

[QUOTE=tunaclone2;1388446]Fished the bull ring area

I like the bull ring area and all the way north to the IB Pier. But its really spotty......either wide open or nothing at all. When water temps back up again the spotted bass fishing off the kelp there can be unreal. Anyway thanks for the report.
