Not jumping on anyone's ass, just want to know for my own info, isn't it illegal to remove black seabass from the water?
When I caught two small ones recently would have loved to hold for pictures, but we were very careful to leave them in the water. Beautiful colors when they are small.
Congrats on a good trip, and thanks for all the pictures.

Bald eagles in california??? Man,I dont get out enough.
The last time I took Dave out fishing he brought Kelly girl with him and she served us cold beer and sandwiches in a skimpy bikini...or was that just a dream?
Just checked my freezer,no fish!
Damn,it was just a dream

Congrats on a good trip, and thanks for all the pictures. | Not illegal to remove from the water but they must be returned immediately to the water upon release. I guess it is better to leave them in the water unless they are wrapped or something and the quickest way for a release is to pull them out to untangle and ensure the survival of the fish. We have only caught one on my boat which was wrapped so we had to pull it out to get it unwrapped in a timely matter. Figured what the hell and got a pic before it was dropped back in. Don't take my word for it though.
