Went to Cat on my friends 23' Parker (nice ride!). Got there Friday night and dropped anchor for the night. Woke up at 4:00 am and made our way to the back side for some seabass action. Anchored up with the rest of the Armada. Joe had the hot stick in the morning. He had 3 hook ups, one bat ray and 2 mystery fish. Both came unbuttoned before we could I.D. it. I ended up getting hooked up later, it felt like the right kind. got it to surface and it ended up being a black seabass. We quickly released it. Never thought to take a picture of it. Musta went around 20 pounds. Afterwards, spent the rest of the day fishing calicos. Between the three of us, we caught at least 50 of them. Alot of shorts, but still fun.
For those if you who call B.S. on the Seabass without pictures......Here are some pictures I drew to prove it.

As you can see by it's size compared to me, It was at least a 20 pound fish.
