Due to recent near death of a Mexican tuna farm diver via an American recreational fishing boats entering the Coronado’s island tuna farm concession at high speed
It is in the best interest of all parties for Baja Aqua Farms SA DE CV to notify you as tournament directors of the actions needed to be taken, to reduce the chances of injury to the farm and its workers;
Please be advised:
1/ the tuna farm is a restricted zone under Mexican law – no entry permitted to any vessel unless authorized by company, harbor master (Rosarito) or Mexican government
2/ each holding cage is connected by ropes floating on surface (DO NOT ENTER CONCESSION)
3/ Mexican navy interceptors vessels will be operating in this area to deal with this problem over weekend
4/ All vessels that enter the concession without authorization are automatically recorded via video surveillance from main ship; this information will then be given to relevant authorities (CONAPESCA and Mexican Navy)
Please advise all recreational boats intending to fish this area we wish safety to all boating public and also the workers on the tuna farm
Please do not enter tuna farm concession. Stay at least 150 Feet from the Pens as there are lines floating in the water and divers may be around.

Ha Ha Ha, I use a closed circuit rebreather so they can't see me because they barely emit any bubbles.

I would say call the mexican consulate and ask them who to talk to..... its a starting point anyway
