San Diego Anglers Bay fishing seminar

Wednesday night (1/5/05) at the San Diego Anglers' monthly meeting bay fishing expert Jim Putney will be educating us on some of the techniques he uses for fishing the Bay.

Jim is a the author of the book Hot Spots that details the best fishing locations in several local lakes.

The meeting starts at about 6:30PM at the Bahia Hotel in the Mission Bay Room.

It's filling up. I guess you could say I have a drinking problem...the problem is I buy more than I drink!!! My wife put me on a buying moratorium.

I was recently able to pick up a few older bottles of the Justion Obtuse (1992 and 2000). We had the 2000 when we were up there having dinner at the winery. It is unbelievable. I don't know what to expect from the 92, but it ws there...so I bought it!!!

My "problem" now is that I am starting to get interested in bordeauxs....$$$

Damn wish I could be there... sounds like a great topic since I'm fishing the Bay Bass tourney and don't know jack shit about Bay Bass.....
