Since the reports are thin, lately, here is another, nuttin special one.
Wind from the east to start, 6-7 kts. Without doing much paddling, I ended the morning with me and Kurt ( Not that Rambo wannabe, with the big gun

) north of the nw corner. Got 4 Schlumpers for dinner, tossed back a sculpin and a few Bones. Morning conditions got better and better, wind shifted out of the north and died. By noon it was perfection, out there. Did not want to go in, but duty called.
If ever there was a day to do a standup landing this was it. This guy really had me tempted, but I pussed out. Even if I fell, it would have only got my ankles wet. Maybe that will be my New Years resolution, "standup, don't puss out".
There were a couple broken "Tails of woe" but they're someone elses stories.
Merry Christmas ya chuckleheads!
