Thumbs up we caught them

went to south chula two days ago and caught a pair of bone fish aka targeted specie two sharks a seven pound corbina and a crap ton of bass good fishing and we were like the only people fishing south of cornado bridge was a ton of fun

I'd like to see a picture of that "7 lb." corbina. That would be a noteworthy fish given the world record isn't much above that.

I never knew theres a corbina in the south bay, they belong in the surf.

I've caught a few on ghost shrimp at Kellog Beach across from the Harbor Police many years ago - I'm thinking they probably wouldn't venture much deeper in the bay.

Corbina are more numerous in south bay [this time of year] than you might suspect.

it was large and was 23 inches long i would say 7 but dont know cause its still swimmin somewhere out by the power plant mud thought it was a monster bone fish til it came boat side

7lb 12 oz record corb was 28" long.

a 23"er isn't close to 7lb.
