That is a great link, thanks.
I think there are very few (including me, and I have been a deckhand and run sportboats and commercial fished for cods) who can acutally correctly identify (from the fish they have caught) all the species in the guide.

I don't know if they still do it, but you e-mail DFG they gave me a laminated bottom fish card that is in color, pretty nice photos of most bottom fish.
