First Fish Repot

Headed out this morning on my new Whaler Re Make, Just Picked the boat up for 3500 as you see it, it's like new and runs great. Anyways took the girlfriend out for some halibut fishing.

We started in long beach and ended in Long Beach, the halibut were on the bite. A lot of shorts but it was a great day out on the water

We ended the day with
8 Hali's (1 Legal that went 24")
5 Bass
1 Lizard

We Made some fresh ceviche
and the Gf hit the sack

Overall a great day to be out on the water

What did you use as setups and bait? Where in longbeach did you fish? Can't see because there is no land or wall around you.

Used 10-12 lb maxima with a dropper loop and fresh chovies, as for the area we moved around quite a bit from the break wall behind nachos we caught 4 hali's and the back side of the middle oil island.

Yeah its a perfect fit, I just need to do a little adjustments, the boards are held in place by screws and they keep coming loose, i dont know if i should weld them in Place?
