Hey Todd, you ought to fish our SWYC Bottom Fishing Tournament this coming Sat, April 26. The lings you are catching might hold up for the ling award. You don't have to go very far. Where can you get an all you can breakfast & fish fry dinner, 2 beers, a T-shirt & a goodie bag besides having a chance to win a few hundred bucks. Seaya at the club.

fished north off the tanks for a couple sandbass. drifted near the Samarai but they weren't doin a whole lot in the kelp. weather was snotty but not quite as bad as a few weeks ago. I took my pop and he was feeling pretty green so we ended the day inside drifting. always a good day to hang with dad so not a waste at all.

I added some pics off my camera phone. First time for that, guess they turned out ok. anyway that's what a lingcod looks like.
eatin his ugly mug tonite.
I've been cutting the cheeks out too. damn tasty and pretty large. 2 cheeks make a nice taco.
Well, that's the biggest yet this year at 31"'s and 9.25#'s.
Thanks for looking. Todd.
