Not a kill, but a cell phone pic of a predator from this last spring. This is the reason I don't turkey hunt alone. Apparently cats like the Pretty Boy decoy as much as toms.

I'm pretty sure it would have been coming at me in an aggressive manner.
Here kitty kitty kitty...................
Cool picture none the less.

No pics... but I picked up a Gamo Big Cat 1200, replaced the trigger, added a scope, and I've been working with the kids to get rid of the red squirrels! Lots of fun... Obnoxious critters, and their tails serve the fly bench well! The kids are becoming good shots! Sweet Gun, especially for a spinger .. $139 retail, another $40 for the upgraded trigger via mail which I installed, and another $100 (less than that) for a 2-7 BSA scope. Under $300, and shooting dime sized groups at 100 yds with Gamo Match lead..
Oh, and a few resident geese with the 12!

When the pic was taken, there were two 12 gauges loaded with 3 1/2" #4's aimed at the kitty, just in case it decided to turn toward the camera.

Oh, and a few resident geese with the 12! | Dime size at 100 yards in .177 with at MOST a 7 grain pellet?
I'd dare say even a built CFX would take a quality shooter.
More or less taking squirrels with 7 grains at 1k fps is about 15ftlbs at the muzzle at 100 yards that's about 3fltbs or less. Dont mean to be a dick and bag on your game but even a squirrel deserves a quick death.
