Ok I was scoped last year ( scoped so jack ass looking at you through his rifle scope  ),well I know he saw me ,but then soon after he saw me his group began a volley of rounds for one deer ,I was forced to hit the deck ,while bullits flew close enough by ,for me to hear them ,and now I got a hunting violation report ,from the fish and game dept where I was hunting ,I believe they are claming I shot at them ,because when the deer they missed came over in my veiw where it was a safe shot ,stay tuned ,I`am sure there will be more ,I did not put specifics for more info from fish and game department

I've had more than one deer get shot by someone else that I was chasing....shit happens. The trick is to sneak up on the afterwards and club them form behind. That way when they wake up with no deer, they can't i.d. you....

No No I was one the other side of the Deer like the fucking Deer was in between us ,I did not shoot at it but they where ,I had Bullits flying over my head I had to roll like I was in Iraq ,these idiot did not care if my bud and I where on the other side of the deer they did not have any disregaurd for people fuckinhg texass holes

Too much missing info here. What state were you in? Type of terrain? Were you wearing hunter orange or were you totally camoed? Did you make any attempt to let the other hunters (I'm using that term loosely) know you were there? I'll admit it isn't much fun to be shot at but accidents do happen; people make mistakes.

I'll admit it isn't much fun to be shot at but accidents do happen; people make mistakes. | Wearing Orange of course ,I waved at the yahoos when he scoped me ,they knew I was there cause when I sluted to him for scoping me ,he pointed his rifle down ,then soon after him and his buddys started shooting in my direction after pushing some deer out of the brush ,I had atleast 4-6 bullets flying over my head ,and I was lying in the dirt behind some cholla catus ,these morons had no clue about hunting safety ,you don`t shoot in the direction of a human for a stupid deer ,I will tell you where it is on a later date ,I`am so glad I did not get shot or my hunting bud
