The fucker took off on me, I ended up dropping the fucker and when I skinned it I found the bullet on its left side rib cage area (The first and only shot I took at first was on his left side the bullet never mushroomed or anything). When I dropped him he was walking with his right side facing me and he took two shots. Long story short the bullet, "failed" to do its job, at that distance and nothing in the line of fire and no mud on the Elk it never penetrated. Quote:
