Looks like Illinois to me. Back when I was a kid there was a lottery in each county. You were very lucky if you pulled a tag. Through land management, lots of land, and strict regs nowadays anybody can get a tag. I think they are 2 deer per tag. You fill one and just get another one the deer are so plentiful thay are considered pests and destroy lots of farmland/crops...and they get huge like those in the back of that trailer. Wonder how long it will take for them to cycle back to the lottery program.

I'm not sure about the "huge" part, but I know they get plenty of tags and put down a lot of deer every year.
