Scouting Report 7/28

Had some rain up on the hill. Not as crunchy. Saw 6 deer walking around from 7 - 9 am. Could have killed one that watched me stare at her at 25 yards. Saw one forkie and the rest were does. All but one looked fat and healthy. Lots of sign.

Anyone else been up?

Brent,
Just curious, do you hunt Cleveland National Forest land? I'm worried about getting the D16 tag, I bet they shut it down this year, the forest land that is...
I've got my D12, and will look for them down there, but if there's no closure, I'm getting a D16 as well...

Good luck!
Mike

Mike,

"The Hill", where alot of people hunt, is surrounded by Nat. Forest land. However, most guys hunt archery, so USUALLY, the closure won't affect us.......
