Palm Springs skeet

Are there any shooting ranges w/in 30-40 minutes of Palm Springs? Going out to La Quinta next weekend and don't want to play golf, which is not much better than sitting by the pool.

Prefer Skeet/Trap/Sporting Clays but a handgun range will suffice. Even better if there is an instructor there, I might be able to introduce some people to fun sport of shooting.

I looked and asked around for no luck but I can't believe there aren't any out there. Thanks for any help. Going to be out of touch so I won't be able to reply for a couple of days.

thanks -Would have replied earlier but PC problems.

Surprising not more out there. The Hi Desert Rod & Gun Club might be it since they have both Trap and pistol. Palm Springs Gun Club seems to be a pretty active pistol range.
