OK.....this is a little weird! First time I have been called out on this board.

But to answer your question, yes I did.
These guys are getting closer. One was on private property (same big fork as the other day) and the other was just out of bow range. I have a 20X optical zoom on my camera so they look a little closer than they are. Pretty cool to see these guys out between 0900 and 1030. The 2x3 (he has a crab claw on his right side) was chasing the doe that is beside him and then just bedded down. I thought he went in a hole until I came around the corner and saw him down.

umm, either of those will do

I am holding out for something other than a forky but that big one will catch an arrow if he slips. Otherwise this guy would have had problems earlier this morning.

Not to take anything away from rifles but that deer will be a much bigger trophy with a bow. Good job on holding out!!!

Are you crazy? Either one of those big guys would have a tag on them.

My boys are begging me to take them Friday after school so I might have to bring the gun back out. There's no way I could get that close to the big guys with my two rugrats in tow
