Here's the deal on those ressie cards.

A reservation cost $40. With a ressie, you do not have to pay the $20 daily permit fee. Three guys can hunt for a total $40, with a ressie card.

Here's the killer. If you walk up without a ressie, you pay $40, plus $20 per hunter.
