Joe is a good friend of mine. I'm going to still give him shit about it. We should all get together at his store and have a bbq BS session. We set up a bbq and sink/ fish cleaning table behind his store. Maybe today or tomorrow???

would have to be tonight tomarrow is the f&g meeting at shelter Island ramp i have been there the last 2-3 nights where you been JOE says next week sometime and he has a mssg for you from me
I called DFG San Diego again this morning and was told that for 2010 when the licenses go automated, every hunter in Cali will have to take a hunter safety course and be entered electronically into the system. I was told they will no longer accept an affidavit or and old license towards the purchase of a new one. I was told that this includes lifetime license holders.
Pilot program apparently will start around Nov.2010
