Mines done. I just have to cut a dog exit/entrance. I decided to lay mine horizontally on the boat blind. Rolls up nicer and I don't think the ducks are smart enough to give a shit. Movement will flare the birds before a big clump of weeds IMO.
I didn't drop the big bucks on the catalogue stuff. I bought the stuff from wallyworld $10 for a 4'X5' piece. IMO Wrapping it will make it last longer.....I hope. I had some burlap and some extra grass I'll lay between the two so the overhead birds won't see into the blind.

Is it Thursday yet?!!!

sweet rig. we have a similar design for or boat. it pulls up from the front and the back and is made of more of a duck-a -floge material. do u guys take it to the salton sea at all?

I have some ideas on some flaps that will be like visors that pivot on the top of the blind with some grass on top of them then you can flip them up where you are in the boat.Still playing with it.I left the bow open for my dog hopefully she will stay still up there we'll see.Mendota sounds like the best bet this weekend its going to be in the 80s not 100s like wister for the boat thing.
