D11

Going out tomorrow to see if I can get one. Have my spot where the hunting pressure is pretty low.

Gotta give the general season a shot until I can get my bow.

I'll post a report tomorrow.

That's in the Angeles National Forest. Out around Camp Chilao.

Got a late start on Saturday and didn't get into position till about a half hour after sunrise. I walked in very quietly and tried not make much noise and I still didn't see anything. I decided to leave about noon cause I had to get to work. Maybe next time, gonna take a day off during the week to check out another spot.

No fire in the forest yet. I can see the fires from the front of my house.
