Scoped while hunting and being shot at

I was hunting with some friends in New Mexico up in a draw I see some dumb ass scoping me ,I hate that if your broke ass can not afford binos you should not hunt ,and then a few minutes later the assholes start shooting in my direction at a deer between me and them ,my buddy and I had to hit the deck cause Bullets where flying over our heads ,now these assholes saw me ,I was wearing Blaze orange and when I flipped him the bird as he scoped me ,and dropped his rifle after he saw me ,what the fuck are people are thinking they saw me and my friend and their group still cut loose on the single deer ,then two months later we get a call from the game warden and made acusations we where party hunting ,I just don`t get it it why scope the lie to cover their asses what a bunch of dicks ,have you ever been scoped ,I just can`t stand it it scares the crap out of me when a gun is pointed at me ,btw the gae warden did not care about that he was more worried if we where party hunting

In the event of being scoped:
1. Always wear blaze.
2. Look stupid and wave until some acknowledge is returned. Better safe than sorry.
3. If after 1 and 2 you are re-scoped or shot at, do what you have to, leave quickly to save your skin from penetration, or put one in the nearest tree at head height. After all, if they know you are there and shoot at you, you should protect yourself.

I was wearing Blaze orange and waved at the yahoos ,and no they did not get the deer

"Ok I was scoped last year ( scoped so jack ass looking at you through his rifle scope ),well I know he saw me ,but then soon after he saw me his group began a volley of rounds for one deer ,I was forced to hit the deck ,while bullits flew close enough by ,for me to hear them ,and now I got a hunting violation report ,from the fish and game dept where I was hunting ,I believe they are claming I shot at them ,because when the deer they missed came over in my veiw where it was a safe shot ,stay tuned ,I`am sure there will be more ,I did not put specifics for more info from fish and game department"
