anyone know anything about Lugers??

got a pistol question for you. need help with identifying.....it was emailed from one guy to my dad, then to me, i have no markings to give yet, but for the price he said he could get it for i told him to buy it as fast as he can regardless.
It's one of those "friend's family member died, and he had a bunch of guns" stories.

anyone have any info?

I'd go with the PPK for that price.
Luger, meh... make a neat wall hanger.
My dad has had a few over the years and the are pretty temperamental.
Good find though.

That is a great deal. Post more info and pics. Make sure and ask if there is anything that comes with the guns. Original box, extra mags, tools, paperwork, holsters, history. Many of those items can help command a higher value.
