SHE has never hunted before. Her husband is a huge hunter, even guides some people for bear, but Cindy has never hunted. Always had her NRA hunters safety card, but never gotten out. Well, she got drawn for a bull moose tag in Maine this year (They live there). We all figured, since they are allowed 2 people on a tag, that her husband would end up shooting it. Well, she actually did it. Said she didn't even get nervous until after it was laying there dead... 
Anyway, it's pretty cool. It went 675 pounds, about 3 1/2 years old, shot with a .270 Winchester. It cost $287.40 to butcher, but they got about 400 lbs of meat.......

ACl.... Most of my Mom's side of the family is from Houlton. Right on the Canadian border where I-95 crosses.
